Bring in your charts
Import PDFs from Files, Mail or AirDrop, several at once. Fake books stay whole, with a bookmark for every tune.
Build the set
Pick songs in the order you'll play them. Each one keeps its tempo, so the metronome is already set.
Play it through
The whole set runs as one score. Turn pages with a swipe or a Bluetooth pedal, song after song.
Everyone on the same page.
Share the set with the band. Swap a song or change the order and everyone's copy updates before soundcheck.
- Live sharing with everyone who uses Music Folder
- Choose who can edit and who can only view
- Or send a one-time copy through AirDrop, Messages or email
Ready when the lights go down.
Your music lives on your device, so the set plays with no signal at the venue. Your iPhone and iPad stay in step through iCloud.
- Works completely offline
- Free iCloud sync between iPhone and iPad
- Song notes for cues and reminders beside the score

Questions from bands
Can the whole band use the same set list?
Yes. Share a set list or folder with the other members who use Music Folder, and choose for each person whether they can edit or only view. When the set changes, everyone's copy updates. You can also send a one-time copy as a file through AirDrop, Messages or email.
Can I turn pages with a foot pedal?
Yes. Bluetooth page-turner pedals and keyboards work in every reader, and in a set list the pedal carries straight on into the next song, so your hands stay on your instrument. You can also swipe.
Does it work without Wi-Fi at the venue?
Completely. Your music is stored on your device, so you can read and play through a set with no signal. iCloud catches up the next time you're online.
Can I use tunes from a fake book in a set list?
Yes. Import the fake book as one PDF, add a bookmark for each tune, then put the bookmarks in your set. Playback shows only the bookmarked pages.
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 15 songs, 1 book and 1 folder, with iCloud sync. Premium unlocks unlimited music, the complete toolkit and Planning Center: $19.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, $2.99 a month, or $49.99 once for lifetime access. Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region.
